On arrival meet your Tripavi representative who will introduce you to your private chauffeur guide. Your chauffeur guide will stay with you for the duration of your trip. Your Sri Lankan experience begins with a journey to Negombo. Depending on the time of your flight, you will have the rest of the day at your own leisure. After breakfast leave to Anuradhapura. Anuradhapura is a culturally important and historically pressing first kingdom of Sri Lankan monarch. Wherever you look there will be traces of an ancient civilization now in some in ruins most of it preserved. Anuradhapura is also known for being of utmost importance to the Buddhists of Sri Lanka, having the Sri maha Bodhi, the Bo tree Lord Buddha sat under for enlightenment.



In your luxury trip to the center, we explore the ancient manor house converted to a luxury getaway, Ulagalla. Ulagalla, a heritage mansion spanning back 150 years and located in a sprawl of 58-acre land houses with itself a mighty 25 individual villas and interwoven ensuring the natural habitat is undisturbed. Accommodation is in the air-conditioned chalets with picture windows overlooking woodland, paddy fields, and jungle. A century-old pillared manor house – once the most important noble seat of the region – is at the heart of the hotel and infuses it with a sense of history. At Ulagalla the major cultural attractions around and about are at bay and so are the national parks. You can take a cycle ride or a kayak ride to explore the surrounding better. Day 03 - ANURADHAPURA

This day early morning you will take a trip to the 4th century kings town is popular for its ruins in architecture, and is visited as well as worshipped by Buddhists in Sri Lanka. The whitewashed pagoda Ruwanweliseya is the center of highlights in the trip to Anuradhapura along with some other Buddhist pagodas. Your chauffeur will guide you through intricate history lessons of how Anuradhapura came to be and what ancient rulers did in their time. There’s an impressive amount of lakes too, in Anuradhapura the center of the dry zone collects its rainwater as it has done for thousands of years for the dry seasons to come. In the evening today, you will meet with a Buddhist priest to discuss Buddhism. This may be a good time to discuss all the questions you have about the philosophy, get to know a bit about the practices in Sri Lanka, the interesting history, and questions that you’ve been having about Buddhism. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Today morning you will engage in a bit of morning dawn yoga at the historical lodging of yours. Ulagalla serves as a safe space for luxury indulgences and mind, body, and soul wellness to exist in one. Through Yoga, you will reconnect with the roots of yourself and will be reverted to the rhythm of it all.



Later in the day you will be given a little update and a little on the meditation. This Buddhist meditation lets you focus on breathing patterns, inner peace, and wellness as a whole. This will be the ultimate in connecting with the roots of you and engaging with the best possible rhythm. For both yoga and meditation, the hotel will give you guidance through the certified guidance counsellors available.

After breakfast, we will hit the road to reach Sigiriya and we check in at the Water Garden resort. surrounded by water with the rock fortress Sigiriya in the backdrop, the water garden Sigiriya is one of its kind. The hotel is designed based on a luxury design and also a rustic feel. The accommodation is in chalets and each chalet is complete with a plunge pool while giving a different angle of the Sigiriya rock from each chalet.



In the afternoon in 4*4 drive get ready to enjoy the wildlife at Minneriya National Park. Minneriya is another important national park in the country as a collection of wetlands fleeting around 8900ha, and supporting many aquatic birds such as painted stork, spot-billed pelicans, open bill storks, and grey herons. At the end of the dry season, there is little evidence of the tank which gets covered in weed. Around July to September, an influx of local migration of Elephants takes place in a spectacular wildlife event known as the largest gathering recorded. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Today morning after breakfast, the morning, you will take a visit to the Sigiriya Rock fortress. The 5th-century rock fortress of King Kashyapa is known around the world for its amazing architecture, landscaped gardens, mirror wall, and well-detailed fresco art. Sigiriya is a real hideout fortress for the king with two moats, inner and outer, along the years it has converted from a fortress to a hermitage, and the waves of time and stories of ages are still very visible among the timeline.



Heading towards the hills, Kandy is the last monarch city in Sri Lanka and a town with its modern parts mixing together with the colonial parts. Kandy is also the house of the popular Temple of the tooth which parades the perahera each year which is a spectacle in its own charm. You will be staying at the spectacularly modern, luxurious, and minimal Santani hotel.

Today morning with the chance of exploration you will be visiting the Galle Dutch Fort. Galle Fort, in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. It is a historical, archaeological, and architectural heritage monument, which even after more than 423 years maintains a polished appearance, due to extensive reconstruction work done by the Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka. You will have a guided walk along the cobblestone paths of the Fort and will learn quite about the colonial history of Sri Lanka.



Next in schedule, explore a lesser-known tea plantation and factory not far from Galle and take a trip through tea production from the plantation's pathways to leaf processing. Hear of the intricacies of tea growth, its history in Sri Lanka, and look out for plants and wildlife such as peacocks, lemongrass, and versatile jackfruit. If time permits later, you could visit the best blend in South coast cinnamon. local peelers gather to process cinnamon of the estate and nearby smallholdings. Many women peelers work here and often a whole family gets involved! Hear about the influence of colonization, the uses, and benefits of cinnamon, it's grading, and community focus here. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Today we take an extra focus on unwinding and relaxing by just bending towards the spiritual through a Yoga session and then later in the day through a relaxing spa treatment.
