  Once you signed up to operate with Tripavi, special tour operator rates will be available.

• Travcal
  Agents signup with Tripavi will have free access to our tour operating system “Travcal” for unlimited quotations, availability checks, client managing through our agent login.

• Branding
  Vehicles on tour, attire for drivers and guides and other tour merchandise will be branded with your company logo.

• Familiarization tours
  We provide  familiarization tours for agents & your product staff on annual inspection visits.

• Credit Facility
  For back to back operations, a special credit facility will be offered at the discretion of the management.

• Flexible cancellation policy
  Special cancellation policies will be renegotiated with the hotels on a case by case basis for group holidays.

• Room allocations without advance payment
  Advance room allocations for groups or FIT bookings, with minimum room release periods (except for certain villas or boutique hotels which require advance payments)
