The newest entrant to the beach front hotel game in Sri Lanka, the five star Bentota Beach is tucked in between a running down river and of course the golden stretch of Bentota Beach. The newly remodeled hotel was originally designed by Sri Lanka’s most celebrated architect Geoffry Bawa. The restaurants offer a wide variety of seafood in the selection, and of course a water sports center is located in house which Bentota is known well for. The rooms are divided to three main categories including superior, deluxe and suite. The earthy look in the modern decoration following similar to a cement like surrounding is a well-designed and brings a new edge the extensive remodeling didn’t do any change to the original lobby of the hotel, where it still stands with wooden columns, its earthy textures and mysteriously beautiful décor. The restaurant and the bar is where a lot of guests are strewn to, with multinational cuisines and sun downers or an on the rocks is served for you to enjoy along with the beach or lagoon views.
