Placed among one of the growing sports in Sri Lanka, Hockey and Netball is carving its niche in Sri Lankan sports arena. Sri Lanka national hockey was placed at rank 4th in South Asia and ranked 40 in world ranking in 1970s but thereafter failed to meet the world expectation, since 2015 the national team have grown and have gradually climbed the leader board. We currently have two outdoor Astro turf venues and also have multiple grass turf to give the touring team a different kind of experience.
Talking of Netball, Sri Lanka has a pretty sturdy stand being 18th in world rankings, and reigning Asia Champions since 2018. With a number of various netball facilities around Sri Lanka, in indoor courts, and outdoor grass and astro turfs, Netball also has rising stand facilities wise.
Given the most year round beautiful tropical weather, both sports can easily be played round the year, round the country.

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport where you will be met by our team. We recommend purchasing currency at one of the many tellers in the arrival hall. You will be led to your coach to meet your driver and guides for the tour.
Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast, you will be taken on a Colombo City tour exploring the old & new of this fine South Asian city.
On completion return to the hotel.
Afternoon, load the coach and transfer to Astro Hockey turf for the 1st Match
Lunch optional at a selected restaurant or a packed lunch will be offered prior to the games.
Hockey Match @ Colombo AstroTurf.
After the games, socialise with your opposition before returning back to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight in Mount Lavinia
After breakfast, hop on to your coach to be driven to your practice facility.
Practice Session – Netball (2 hrs session).
On completion return to the hotel.
Afternoon, load the coach and transfer to Astro Hockey turf for the 2nd Match
Lunch optional at a selected restaurant or a packed lunch will be offered prior to the games.
Hockey Match @ Colombo AstroTurf.
After the games, socialise with your opposition before returning back to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight in Mount Lavinia.
After breakfast, spend the morning hours relaxing by the Mount Lavinia beach or poolside, also the girls could select one of our morning excursions in the suburbs of the Colombo city exploring one of the popular bird walks or cycling expeditions.
Afternoon, load the coach and transfer to the Netball venue for the 1st Match.
Optional lunch at a selected restaurant or pack meal prior to the match.
Netball Match @ Sports Ministry Netball Court.
After the games, socialise with your opposition before returning back to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight in Mount Lavinia.
After breakfast, load the vehicles, check out and depart for Pinnawala.
Arrive at the Elephant Orphanage where you will have the opportunity to get up close to these magnificent creatures, learn about the work they are doing at the orphanage and even see the elephants bathing.
En route stop at Tea plantation to experiences Pilimathalawa tea factory, you'll discover a typical Sri Lankan tea factory, very well organized, with a guided tour of its premises, that shows the different stages in tea production. After visiting the factory, you'll be invited to a tea degustation served by the factory's guide herself. As a final step, you'll will end at a lovely tea shop, where their exquisite teas are on sale at very reasonable prices. A good opportunity to buy those small gifts that we have always to bring home.

After Breakfast proceed to Tour the city of Kandy.
Kandy is a place steeped in history, culture and religion. Although the effects of modernisation are visible, peek into the heart of this hill country capital and you will see that the core of this cool city remains traditional and friendly.
Walk through the crowds to reach the Kandy Temple, lined with little stalls selling pretty pink and white lotus flowers, waiting to be offered by devotees. The pathway to the entrance of the temple is scattered with monuments bearing significant stories from the past. Inside this intricately designed building, your guide will enlighten you on the beliefs of the Buddhist faith and the architecture behind it.
On completion return to the hotel.
Afternoon load the coach and proceed to Peredeniya Indoor netball court for the 2nd Netball match.
Packed lunches will be served.
Netball match @ Peradeniya Indoor Netball Court or similar.
After the games, socialise with your opposition before returning back to the hotel.
Regroup for Dinner.
Overnight in Kandy.
After breakfast, both teams spend the rest of day in leisure by the pool.
Afternoon, load the coach and transfer to Hockey Grass venue for the 3rd Match
A packed lunch will be served in the coach.
Hockey Match @ Peradeniya Grass Turf.
After the games, socialise with your opposition before returning back to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight in Kandy
After breakfast check out of your rooms and boarding the vehicles and travel to Hikkaduwa.
En route Optional White Water Rafting could be organizing for the school in Kitulgalla.
On reaching Hikkaduwa checking at Respective hotel for
three nights on Half Board Basis.
Spend the rest of the evening at leisure by the beach or pool.
Regroup for Dinner.
Overnight in Hikkaduwa.
Breakfast at the hotel.
After Breakfast spend the rest of the day at leisure by the pool or Beach.
Afternoon, load the coach and transfer to Netball venue for the 3rd Match
A packed lunch will be served in the coach.
Netball Team @ FOG Outdoor Court
After the games, socialise with your opposition before heading back to your hotel.
Regroup and enjoy dinner at the hotel this evening.
Overnight in Hikkaduwa
After Breakfast proceed to Galle Dutch Fort.
On completion proceed Galle fort walk to explore this UNESCO World heritage site and may watch the sun set and group picture from the top of the fort.
On Completion return to the hotel and spend the rest of the evening in leisure by the pool or beach.
Optional charity event could be organized on request.
Regroup for the final night dinner.
Overnight in Hikkaduwa.
After Breakfast, load the vehicles, check out and depart from the hotel to Airport
Not all hotels offer good laundry facility however it’s is advisable check at the time of check in and negotiate a rate with the front office Manager to make sure they get the laundry as early as possible from the laundry services
