A welcoming nature resort in amongst a forest in Kandalama, Wild Grass Nature Resort is an eco friendly and luxury boutique standing in the middle of, as the name suggests it, wild. Bird songs and occasional langur or two is a must when you stay at this wilderness retreat. Wild Grass consists of modern built wooden floored 8 chalets. There are individual villas & two-family villas that sleep between four to six people and the rest or ideal for couples. The villas are set about 50 feet apart ensuring complete privacy and are contemporary in design with timber roofs, polished cement floors and glass sliding doors/windows that open out to the wilderness. The wide use of glass gives the light and views a great escape to loom to the living space which is just as individually located in a forest. Wild Grass specializes in giving detail attention to each of the guest needs, and the food is both local and international cuisine, special dietary requirements are taken in by the chef too. A guest can have different choices in dining locations as the restaurant, main lounge, terrace, poolside or in the villa itself. Wild Grass is an ideal place where the free grown trees and the luxuries come in place together to make a perfect vacation. Solar power provides for hot water and for partial lighting. Wild Grass is at the top among our green policy hotels, its roofs have been fashioned from clay tiles and other environment-friendly materials while the use of asbestos has been strictly banned within the resort.
