Built in to match the conch shape with ecofriendly material and sophistication put together in one formula, Jetwing Surf is one unique property available on the eastern coast. The hotel is spread out across in a coconut plantation and has 20 cabanas which are thatch roofed using iluk grass and coconut palm and made using bamboo and choir. The cabanas do not have an air conditioning system, but the natural air flowing through the thatched roof makes the interior naturally ventilated. The bathrooms in these living spaces are outdoor and the shower is made of coconut shell, and the sink is surfaced with conch shells. The camouflaging cabanas and the main lodge confirm the similar design pattern. Stare to the wave crashing Indian Ocean at a safe distance while taking a sunset dip at the circular infinity pool or just sip a drink at one of the lily pads comforting to the very blue cushions. Taking sustainability up a notch and taking it very seriously the hotel does their part to be closer to nature, and to be accountable, in this sense even the toilet paper is made of recycled corn husk. For this sustainably designed structure, the hotel grabbed ‘The best hotel for the architectural design at the Asia property awards in 2017. The cuisine is local and flavorful in the own way, never to miss the seafood dishes made from the fresh catch. The pool bar is a magnificent place to catch a sunset while sipping on a cocktail.
